Fees & Policies

Current rate for services:

  • Individual 50 minute sessions: $150
  • Relational 50 minute sessions: $175
  • Additional 30 minute blocks: $50 – if applicable, to be determined by both therapist and client(s)

Payment methods accepted are:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • HSA or FSA credit cards

Sliding Scale:

  • Some reduced rate options are available with limited openings. Contact to inquire.

Insurance:

  • Out-of-network provider
  • Insurance reimbursement or HSA reimbursement may be possible. Contact your insurance provider to determine your eligibility.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions:

  • In order to provide the best care for all clients, 24 hours cancellation or reschedule notice is required. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours, the full rate will be charged.

Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges:

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
